Overture Albuquerque

A friend lives here and the facility is nice. However, they lose 4 stars for the for the manager and assistant manager. Very condescending and dismissive whenever she's asked about things, or voiced concerns. They set the tone for the whole community, and for that reason, my friend is moving out, and I personally would not not recommend moving here, unless you want a constant losing battle with the two management ladies. There's plenty of other places with accommodating and thoughtful management, that can make your life better, especially for the amount of rent that you pay.

We love living at Overture. The staff is accommodating in all aspects, the maintenance staff is awesome, the amenities are super, and the residents are a friendly and helpful community of neighbors. In addition, the location is ideal, as there are restaurants and shopping close by, and you can travel almost anywhere in Albuquerque in 15 minutes.

Overture Albuquerque is a beautiful, high class facility run by professionals who really care about the residents. It’s a community in the true sense of the word. Here’s an example of the quality of relationships among the tenants. I have seen packages delivered to many residents’ doors when I know that person is out of town. And those packages lay there untouched for several days. Trust and mutual respect are the pillars of a community. At Overture Albuquerque, we have that. I want to add that the office staff here is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They are one of the best elements of living at Overture!

In December I scheduled a tour at Overture with Alyssa Warren. She was a very pleasant woman and gave me a nice informative tour. They opened as the pandemic was closing so much down. The mobile home park that I live in shut all our amenities down and stopped communicating with all of the residents. We are a 55+ community and some of our residents are low income and possibly need more assistance, like "assisted living". And then per usual, the owners increased the rent. But here at Overture, they were making the best of a foreign situation. I really liked what I saw and the atmosphere and the security.
