I have had such a great experience from the tour to the application process to the move in . Brittany did such an amazing job I’m glad she was there every step of the way .. My apartment looks amazing.

BRITTANY WAS AMAZING! VERY DETAILED AND SHOWED ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO SEE . SHE STOOD UP AND GREETED ME RIGHT AWAY. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS TO WHERE I HAD NO QUESTIONS. YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS WHEN YOU WORK WITH BRITTANY.

I've been a resident here for the last six months. I'm having some serious noise issue with my neighbor above. Running, jumping, and stomping till 4 AM. Tried speaking to my neighbor regarding this issue, but to no avail. Call the leasing office for help, and I was advised that they don't help with Noise issues from our neighbors. I was told to call the police. Didn't wanna call the police because this could create a whole Nother issue. I called the nonemergency phone number for the police, and I was advised that the police do not come out for people jumping, running, or stomping. The police advised me that that was a landlord tenant issue. As it stands I have no peaceful or quiet enjoyment of my unit.

Brittney is pleasant in the office she does her best to get back to you in a timely manner… But it’s been about two weeks and my key card still doesn’t work, I have no mailbox key because they gave me at move wasn’t correct, and I’m missing screens on my bedroom windows, even though they’re coming I feel I shouldn’t have had to put in all of these work orders the apartment should have been ready at move in… like why’d I have to get another washer from another unit because the “new” one that was in the unit had to wait on a technician to come service it, and the drip my kitchen faucet has, or why would my front door not be completely flushed like it should, like the property management should have done an inspection before getting me in here… this is my 2nd time living here the first time I

This place is a complete disaster! The entire Leasing/Management team exemplify poor communication skills and lack of cleanliness. I’ve been residing here about a year & planning to break my lease in the near future. The environment that I am subjected to is NOT acceptable. I’ve seen homeless encampments in much better conditions.
