Overlook at Cane Bay

I have been living here for over three years not one time have I had any issues living here everything has been so peaceful. I moved from one apartment to the next management had no problem with upgrading me maintenance here has been a very good at getting things fixed in a timely manner the residence here are very nice. In the staff are very nice as well many times I go in the office to aggravate Jonathan and Sara and it’s always smiles

I’ve lived here for some time now and have had a really good experience overall, especially since the recent ownership change. The transition has been very positive, and you can tell there’s been a real effort to improve things around the community. I originally started out in a studio, then upgraded to a 2 bedroom, and eventually transferred to a larger 2 bedroom with a big wraparound patio that I absolutely love. It’s been nice being able to grow within the same community instead of feeling like I needed to move somewhere else. The amenities are a huge plus. The dog park is nice and spacious, and my dogs love having plenty of room to run around. The pool is huge and well maintained, and I love having my niece over to swim and play at the playground. The office staff has always been great

Been a resident here for a few years and love seeing all the changes being made. My patio was just stained and it is beautiful! The new management company is putting in a lot of good work. The office staff is also great and maintenance is always very responsive.

Beautiful property and great location. Plenty of different floor plans to choose from. Jonathan in the office was a great help with showing us all of our options. Would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for an apartment.

I just recently moved in and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. From my first tour to when I came to sign and pick up keys, the office staff was amazing. They answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. 10/10 recommend.
