Outpost 44

Mindy was extremely kind, welcoming, and informative. Absolutely loved her energy. She went above and beyond by answering all of our questions and truly taking the time to get to know our preferences on a space that we would like to call home. The apartments themselves are pretty, and the amenities seem great.

Mindy in the office is the best part about this community. She is kind, friendly, and helpful to the extent that the company allows. Unfortunately the rest of the complex needs some work which is a shame because it has great potential. Parking is a mess and warnings/towing are not enforced. We pay a fee per car monthly and there are so many cars in the lot that do not have parking tags that if you get home after 9pm you will have to park on the street. As a responsible dog owner, I am absolutely astonished and disgusted by the amount of dog poop that is left by other dog owners everywhere around the property. It’s a health hazard for all the pets in the complex on top of being gross and an eye sore. I have tried to advocate for cameras in the common dog areas where offenders are charged

Mindy was lovely and provided a great tour, genuinely listened to all of our preferences and made suggestions accordingly to help us find the perfect unit for us. the community amenities seem great, and we’re looking forward to experiencing outpost 44 and calling it home :)

Specifically, based off my recent experience. It was great, quick and effective communication. Resolved within 24 hours of submitting my request. This is the level of quality I am happy to be around. I think I remember his name was also Alex.

I contacted Outpost44 for my new apartment search and could not be more happy with the timely, respectful, and honest responses that they gave me. They always updated me with availability and were happy to answer any questions that I had.
