I lived here for 3.5 years and it's been a great experience. The apartments are modern and neat, maintenance requests usually get taken care of promptly. The office staff have always been professional and willing to help me with any queries. Special shoutout to Jason who's one of the best community managers I've seen.

BEST EXPERIENCE!!! I have lived here for about a year and a half and here are some photos of what I see on my daily walks with my dog. This complex is extremely clean, neat and tidy! There are zero eyesores with amazing greenery and shrubbery. The maintenance team does a spectacular job keeping up with the pet stations as well. PS: I've missed about four other pet stations that I see on a daily basis. This neighborhood is very pet friendly and just friendly in general. I have had zero issues with communication, work orders always get done usually the same day, and the office/maintenance team is always friendly, welcoming and understanding. We moved in a few months ago and had quite a few issues with our unit, things that should’ve been fixed before we moved in and honestly we were so disappointed HOWEVER.. Devon the maintenance guy has made us extremely happy with our unit! He has fixed everything wrong from our floors needing to be sealed, to our lock on the sliding door not working. Devon is extremely respectful of our space and the fact that we have kitties, and he does a wonderful job! He gets it done so quickly while also getting it done the right way! Everything he has fixed, we haven’t had an issue with! If you move in and need maintenance make sure Devon is the one doing the work and you won’t be disappointed!!

Very nice units. Mine has minor things that need to be fixed. I was assured that they would get fixed when I wanted. Great location. Very nice neighbors and staff. I love the big bathroom and kitchen There is never any parking! After working a 13 hour shift, it would be nice to have one spot! For several nights, I had no place to park! Not even the distant parking spots. I parked on the street. If you do get a spot, people dont know how to park! Have some consideration. Some tenats have 2 or 3 cars and park them in the lot even though they have garages. Why pay for parking if you can't get a spot....

Emerson was very very kind to my boyfriend and I and even waited for me to show up 20 minutes late for my tour ! I was so grateful 😄 he treated us like friends and didn't put any pressure on us at all to rent here, and showed us 3 different units ! I am nuts about the clubhouse and pool too! Seems like a wonderful place to live and I would love here someday!
