Outlook Clear Creek Apartments

Run, don’t walk if you end up at a complex owned by Griffis Blessing. Our apartments were originally owned and operated by Greystar, who is amazing, in comparison. Not perfect, but wow, there is no comparison Then this company bought them out. It went downhill so fast it was crazy. They couldn’t and still can’t maintain the secure doors of the building, the new managers would leave aggressive and condescending notes on the community pages. They would forget to charge people for aspects of their rent and then instead of notifying you of their mistake and asking for you to pay as soon as possible, they would leave a demand notice with a letter stating they would send to attorney for eviction within a few days. We are talking over a garage fee THEY forgot to charge you for in the rent. Keep

ABSOLUTELY love my new home . The apartments are beautiful. The community is great, the amenities are a plus. I have no complaints, so far it’s been lovely!!

Apartments are nice but noise proofing between floors is the worst I’ve experienced in an apartment, I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do, every footstep, it is extremely frustrating.

Most horrible place to live- a tiny box where you hear every footstep from the neighbors. The new manager is a bully.

Significantly happier with the way the new management group is starting to handle things.
