This is why I would not ever recommend them if they don't care about people on the road then I guess they don't care about people at all😡

The building that I received from this business is a decent building, but the customer service afterward is very poor. My normal practice is to mail a check or money order for payments, because no online payment portal is available and the office staff is rude if you call in to make a payment. Checks have been 'misplaced' and posted weeks after mailing, as well as cashed and not applied to my account, so essentially, I have had to make payments twice in order to keep my account current. If you do use this company, I definitely recommend finding another avenue for financing your purchase, unless you want to pay quite a bit more than you originally financed.

We purchased a new building from the Supply, NC location. We are thrilled with the quality of the building and the service that we experienced. These folks know their stuff! Chris sold us the building and delivered it too. The set up used to deliver was impressive. He single handedly delivered and installed the building, making it through some tight spots in the yard with no issues and not one bit of damage to the yard. We are extremely picky about construction quality. This building gets an A++ ... it's heavy, well built, and attractive. We could not find anything like this at the big chain stores. The building I purchased is fine. I felt that I was mislead about the cost though. Was quoted a price with tax included then when they invoiced final payment they included additional sales tax. I take responsibility for not reading the contract carefully....Do not take their spoken words into consideration and make sure you read their written ones and you should be fine.
