Oswego Cove Apartments

Absolutely love it here. Oswego Cove checked all my boxes after a lengthy apartment hunt. The location is perfect, literally close to everything, right off of I-5, close to all the grocery stores, and even the DMV. It's very quiet here I haven't had any issues with noise at all. Also, no mold whatsoever, which was hard to find in apartments most get some mold in the bathroom or near the windows, but not here! Reyna and Caesar are amazing, very friendly and responsive to any concerns. The apartments are well maintained and have had several upgrades in my time here. The yearly rent increases are also very reasonable which is probably the most important thing. The only negative is that the parking spaces are just a bit tight, but definitely not a deal breaker as there is PLENTY of parking 24

I've lived here for two years and I love it. It's a very quiet place, with access to good schools. Right across the street is an excellent elementary school. There's also access to a clubhouse and covered parking at no extra cost. The services are very good. The administrators, Mrs. Reyna and Mr. Cesar, are very friendly and quickly address any maintenance needs in the common areas and apartments, always making sure everything is running smoothly. The parking spaces are small, but it's not a big problem. I'm giving it 4 stars because they don't have 3-bedroom apartments, and that would be perfect for my family.

I’ve lived here for about 10 months now, and I really love it. The apartments are updated, with in-unit laundry and wood-burning fireplaces—both wonderful features. The buildings are well maintained, and the management team is truly outstanding. I can’t speak highly enough about Reyna and Cesear; they’re always friendly and quick to address any issue that comes up. There’s covered parking and always plenty of available spaces, at least near my building. It’s also a great place for me and my daughters, with a swimming pool and jacuzzi on-site, plus free access to the nearby neighborhood recreation center. If you’re looking for a two-bedroom apartment in a great, quiet neighborhood with nearby access to everything you might need, you really couldn’t ask for a better place!

I've lived here in the past, and after some moving around I've moved back in under new ownership! This place is pretty cozy, spacious, and the neighbors are quiet/barely hear them. The office is respectful and always attentive to any concern or questions I have. Maitainance is also fast, respectful, and top notch. They keep the place looking great, and there's always visitor parking available for when I have a game night with friends. If I had to say one warning, it's that the ants and spiders are common in the summer, but I'm also right against the walking nature trail. They only appear on the side against the trail so while I can't leave cat food out in that room, they do stay out of the kitchen.

I’ve lived at Oswego Cove for over 10 years, and it’s been a fantastic place to live. The neighborhood is lush, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with noticeable improvements over the years. I’ve been through several management companies, and the current team is by far the best—friendly, courteous, and extremely responsive. The apartment layout is great, with two good-sized bedrooms and a cozy fireplace. We also love the pool and hot tub in the summer (though I do wish the hot tub were open year-round!). Do I recommend it? Yes! Oswego Cove is a place to call home.
