Oswald Real Estate Appraisal

Peg was absolutely a pleasure to work with!!! She was very clear on what needed to be touched up as far as my property was concerned. She was very thorough in her home inspection/appraisal, and there was nothing she left out of her report. She exhibited an absolute perfect display of professionalism. She works very diligently, and we received our full report in less that 24 hours. Other things that really stuck out to me was her communication and coordination with our appraisal, she was prompt and quickly answered any calls and questions we had. If you need an appraisal I would absolutely recommend using her!!

She undervalued my home by at least 40,000! 2 other properties sold in the last month for 247,000 with an unfinished basement and 295,000 with no walk out. Mine is a walk out fully finished basement and my home was all remodeled 11 years ago. She valued mine at 204,000! The house across the the street is for sale at 262,000 and is dated!

Don’t waste your money. She has no idea what she’s doing. She compared our home to a home that’s not even comparable and undervalued it by at least $50,000.

Terrible at her job. She used home comparison that were not even comparable and undervalued it by 30,000.00 at least. Lazy. Didn't do the actual work.
