Do not get an apartment here! I’ve been living here for about a year and a half. The only reason I still live here is because I was too busy with work to move out and find a new place. Maintenance will not fix anything at your place. My patio door hasn’t closed all the way since I originally moved in making the screened in patio unless, raccoons tore apart the ceiling above our entryway and crawl around in the ceiling, and our light fixture in the bathroom stopped working so we’ve been using a lamp in the bathroom for the past 6 months. Maintenance has come twice. Once because raccoons were literally sticking their paws into our apartment from behind our dishwasher and we had to block the cracks off until maintenance came. They still crawl around in the ceiling from time to time. The front

The worst place to live in my honest opinion. Too slow on fixing things and just plain trifling. The closet doors stayed broken and then had the nerves to give us a closet door that didn’t even match to the original. Moldy took them forever to fix a flood in our apartment due to them being sorry and not getting a plumber like we asked the first time. AND THE FLOORS WERE PAPER FLOORS AT THAT NO WOOD OR VINYL! Amenities never work like the gym, laundry room, and pool. Oh and the biggest part never sent our deposit which I should get a lawyer involved since yall like to play with folks money especially military.

Since this is the only way to get a response since no one responds to calls and emails. I hope you have a good lawyer and I will be suing for pain & sufferings. . Following the hearing, we entered into a written agreement to vacate the premises, which I fulfilled as required. During discussions outside the courtroom, your representative clearly stated that the matter would not be reported to credit agencies as a collection. Based on this verbal assurance, I vacated the property in good faith and in full compliance with the agreement. However, I have since discovered that a collection account related to this matter has been reported to my credit file, negatively impacting my score and causing measurable distress and financial harm. This reporting directly contradicts the verbal representat

UPDATE from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️: Around September or October we were notified that the apartment complex was sold and a new company would be managing it. Since then, things have significantly improved. There’s clearly still a lot of things that need to be worked on since the previous company didn’t seem to care, however it’s better. The first thing we noticed was that the moment the new company took over, we received a key to our mailbox (after living here for 10 months without one). Work orders are now actually being completed and in a timely manner. Again, there’s still a lot of work to do but we already see the difference. I’m excited to see how things continue to progress here. (I kept my original 1-star review below). Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. They never fix things, gym does

Beautiful apt, lovely grounds, convenient, and pet friendly BUT no one deals with issues. You can put work orders in all day long and silence. Phones, messages and text ignored. We won't be staying which is unfortunate because the property fit us perfectly. (outside door won't shut, master br snells like cat urine and i detest cats, all closets are falling down, water holding again, the freezer has serious issue, my chocolate ice cream is worse than soft serve, master br and bath doors won't shut, so the dogs can open them, my bathtub was apparently painted, as was David's..other than looking bad, it has numerous very sharp pieces that were simply painted over, tile in entry to multi colors and damaged..should I go on? Oh not to mention, pic of towel is where i originally started trying to
