Very disappointed that the Osprey Cove MHC at 2058 S. Route 9 in Ocean View, NJ forbids anyone under the age of 55 to even stay a few days at their own parents' house. My parents live there and told me that their lease states that no person under 55 can even spend the night! How could you deprive the 55+ residents of having their children or grandchildren spend the night at their parents' or grandparents' house??? That's absolutely terrible! It's also quite ageist, which makes me NOT want to live there when I turn 55 in a few years, or recommend it to anyone that I know who is 55+ because I know that they like to have their families be able to spend the night at Mom and Dad's or Grandma and Grandpa's. Now I don't get to visit my own beloved parents because I can't afford the cross country
Beautiful community. Near shopping, and shore communities. How could anyone give this place less than five stars?
