I sold my home with ocean view realty in October 2024. I couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. She was available to answer all of my questions and helped me navigate some final concerns the buyers had with closing. I recommend Ocean View to all of my family and friends.

We have been using Ocean View for rentals for our condo for more than 20 years and they have great! They always were able to find renters and handled any issues with professionalism. When we decided to sell our unit, we worked with Lisa Giacona. Lisa was terrific! Always professional and, what was most refreshing, was her excellent communication. She always kept us up to date as the transaction progressed, even as there were some buyer hiccups during the process. We were very impressed!

Luann was there every step of the way, always incredibly kind and helpful, always supremely competent and scrupulously honest, always having thoughtful and useful advice. When we found our dream home, Luann made it happen perfectly smoothly even though it had to be a lightning-fast sale. We can't possibly express how happy we are that we had Luann to help us through a complex process for us as first-time home-buyers. We only wish we could give her more than 5 stars. She's the best!
