OSLOhill Coliving Apartments

Staying at OSLO has been an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone. The management is very responsive and has promptly answered all my requests. The building is clean and well maintained, and the common spaces are all taken care of by the staff. The fact that OSLO cleans the common spaces of the apartment is a huge help. The room is well lit and has plenty of space for everything I need. This location is also great, near a metro station and served by bus lines as well. There have been no downsides so far and anyone would be well served by staying at this location.

I lived at Oslo for nine months, and while it was far from perfect, it suited my needs very well. This is by far the nicest Oslo location, and it is in the best neighborhood in DC. Capitol Hill is quiet, safe, and very walkable. My biggest complaint with Oslo was how loud things could be inside. Walls are very thin, hard surfaces everywhere, and you could hear basically everything people were saying in the room next to you. It was never really a problem for me on a daily basis, but there were a few times it was obnoxious. However, management is fast and responsive, which should be the normal and not a rare exception. My bedframe broke within a few weeks of moving in and I submitted a ticket and had a new bedframe by the end of the day. I met some great people through Oslo, and some are goo

I have lived at Oslo for a month now and it has been an amazing experience. Not only is it very affordable compared to other places in DC, it is extremely nice and well kept. Although it is in a good area of town, the amount of times you have to scan your key to get to your bedroom made me feel even safer. This is a great place if you’re here for a few months or an extended stay.

I stayed at Oslohill for 3 months and it was near perfect. Great option for anyone doing a summer internship in DC. It never felt overcrowded or busy, and even though I didn’t know anyone in the area before moving, some of my closest friends in DC ended up being my suitemates. The living room/kitchen area was very nice and a good place to get work done, which made it feel like more than just a place to sleep. The best part was how convenient it is — only a 10‑minute walk to the Capitol and a quick scooter or bike ride to work and the gym. It made exploring DC and being a tourist super easy without feeling inconvenient. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

I have nothing but positive things to say about OSLO. First, I have not had a single maintenance issue since living here. The air conditioning ran all summer without a hitch. There is nothing weird in the building--no mold, no dampness. It's clean and well-kept. Secondly, this community is wonderful for young(ish) ambitious students/workers. Everybody is respectful of the space, but also willing to lend a helping hand. As someone who comes home pretty drained, my roommates have been a godsend. I am very thankful to live here. I appreciate OSLO for the excellent management.
