There's a reason this company is overwhelmingly receiving 1 star ratings. As soon as they took over our property, our property stopped being managed. We have to beg for everything and wait weeks to see if they feel like helping. When I informed them we had suffered multiple break-ins, the woman who "manages" our proterty told me they "weren't mandated" to do anything about it, so they won't. They couldn't even get their web portal working for months. This management company needs management.

PLEASE READ - CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE. They hide mold and will let you live with mold throughout your home. They will tell you its color discoloration. They will lie and say there isn’t mold. IM SUFFERING SEVERE HAIR LOSS. IM SUFFERING FROM RESPIRATORY ISSUES. MY EYES ARE YELLOW I had 6 different types of molds in the unit and they tried to down play the issue. I had to pay out my own pocket $650 to make them fix the mold issue. To which they won’t reimburse me for. The Property manager Elizabeth is by far the most cold hearted person I’ve ever had to deal with. As she denied my hotel extension because the work was going to be done. I was guaranteed I didn’t need the hotel because the unit was going to be ready by 11am next morning which was my check out at the hotel. The unit was not done..

My apartment complex just burned down. I am among 8 displaced units that Orvick Mangement Group has recently dropped ALL of their responsibility regarding the fire and relocation assistance to a third party. They have given us false promises on going to a senior center which was closed by the time we could get our stuff. Additionally they’ve given us the run around on getting assistance and I find that to be disrespectful. Prior to this Orvick has also ignored faulty and leaky pipes, black mold, and has frequently ignored safety provisions. I WILL take this up with the BBB. For anyone considering wasting your money here, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. They have had consistent issues and swap managers almost every couple months.

Their web portal is broken and management is very deceptive and unprofessional. Grasses are 3 feet tall and the sewer line is broken and leaking into the street.

The agent Soni of this company is a liar. He stole our application fee and personal information. He promised not to show the property 1346 Calle Oriente #4 to others once we confirmed our interest. After we paid the application fee, he said the apartment was rented out but will refund our application fee $60. But we haven't got any feedback since then. No matter you are the owner or tenant, don't trust this company.
