ORTSAC Properties

Contact information is non existent. I was promised my deposit to be returned within 15 days. It has long past that. I have emailed them the last 5 days in a row. No response. No call, email, text, sna mail or smoke signal. My apartment in Golfview Flats of Sunrise was positive for black toxic mold and water damage. We spent over $16,000 vacating. I was hospitalized twice in a week. We are beyond in debt and have lost everything we own. We would like our deposit back please!!!

Hi! I have been living at cypress club for two years. Loved the place until mildew took over the apartment, pores on the walls and ceiling. I took pictures and made videos that I shared with the office. Still waiting for them to act, this is becoming my worst experience.

The Vice President of Ortsac Ed Chesney is a conniving, deceitful, disgraceful employee for Ortsac! Ever since my family moved almost two years ago it has been nothing but lies from this gentleman you have representing Ortsac! Lies after another, broken promises for these unfortunate resident who pays their hard earning money to your company! I have not only experienced this for my family living on your complex but also from neighbors near by but are afraid your property managers will send a non renewal. The president of Ortsac needs better people representing this company as there are genuine caring workers you have that will actually tell you the truth and not hide behind a lie months later. I will pursue action upon my family moving out but everyone else beware. Mr. Chesney can persuad

Amazingly Awesome management team and staff!! Always pleasant and helpful!! Renovations have been underway since the new team came in. Glad to see the pleasantly positive change at the Hidden Harbour complex!!

Their property at 300 SE 11th Avenue sucks! I won't bash the staff because they did work diligently to solve the issue ( Thanks Eddie! ). However, the property is very subpar.
