I am very satisfied with my experience moving into this apartment! From day one, the team has been incredibly supportive, assisting us every step of the way and maintaining great communication. Despite our low credit score, they gave us a chance, and we are so grateful for that. A special shoutout to Demme Hazley for being absolutely amazing—always quick to answer our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. We’re beyond happy with our new apartment! The unit is spacious, updated, and everything we hoped for. Thank you for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

Paying so much for rent and the laundry room they provide is horrible, you have to request service yourself for broken machines to the company that owns them. And the machines are ALWAYS broken because other residents don't take care of these washers and dryers.

DO NOT RENT HERE, administration is horrible, when the apartments have problems they either take horrible long time to fix it or they simply ignore you. Their visitors parking and residents parking system Do Not Work! And they tow you even when the app/website doesnt work! Even if you have your vehicle registered they tow you!!! Save yourself money and stressful situations, dont even visit this complex. Ps. The Laundry Room never work either, you’ll lose 50 dlls to wash one load.

The time I had to look for a place was very limited, so I had to settle for this. The date I was supposed to move in the apartment that I was originally going to get was not ready on the promised date. In turn I had to contact all the places and rearrange everything to another address and apartment. This was an unnecessary hassle and it was literally the day before I was moving in. The front office seemed very nice throughout the process but still put me in a bad situation. Since I have been here there are some issues: 1) Parking is terrible. There is no assigned parking. I would say my neighbors in just one apartment probably have 3-4 different vehicles and are constantly going in and out. You have to pull in and cannot back in. I see cars backed in all the time and there is no enforcemen
