Very disappointed! Rented a beautiful home in Dundee and should’ve seen the red flags in the beginning. When we got the keys to the home the inside had to be deep cleaned (dog hair covered the walls), white fencing had to be pressure washed (barely looked white), landscaping had to be done (trimming and removing what was covering the walkway), missing blinds, and so on. We (as dummy’s) fixed these things to make this house a home and to show how we are as renters….always took care of this property like it were our own. Emailed with Renee regarding our issues and she responded in a timely manner which was the only good/positive thing I have to say. Lawn care company would only come when the grass was knee high and would scalp it down to the sand to avoid having to come back. Whats ridiculou

I have personally worked with Dave and I highly recommend him and his team! I was especially impressed with their professionalism and character. They will take great care of your property! His staff at RentSmartUSA are truly professional and are always prompt with answers and help. These are the people you want to manage your rental property. They go above and beyond helping their clients. Would give 10 stars if allowed!

I'd really like to give them a 5 star and may change it in the future. Overall my experience with them has been positive. They did what they promised by listing my unit and getting a renter within the specified time. When I am able to get in contact with them, they are friendly and helpful. I took one star off, though, because there was an issue early on with getting my account statements and getting updates with repairs and such. I also wish they were better at responding to emails because the time difference between where I live and FL only allows me a few hours a day to call. I do believe they do a good job, but would like a little better communication. They are friendly and helpful, so I would still recommend them to other people. I had a tough time finding a rental in Lakeland that suited my budget and my needs. When I contacted Renee she was very friendly and professional, answering all my questions with patience and respect. I've been in my rental for 7 months now and I can honestly say that this is the best property management company I've ever worked with! I've only had 1 minor maintenance issue with my rental and Renee and Denise have been on top of the issue and took care of everything fast, even though it was through the holidays. They have remained professional and courteous through it all, and I hope the home owner renews their contract as well because I'll happily resign my lease in May. I couldn't ask for a better team
