Orion On Orpington

I was tanning by the pool for my friends birthday who works here, and Manny and Danella, his coworkers came over to us and started singing happy birthday to him! They were very friendly and offered him and my friends some refreshing ice pops! I love orion!!

I decided to sign to Orion for my sophomore year and I can definitely say that this is one of the best student housing places to live at. The staff are accommodating and helpful when needed. I’ve never had a problem with them once. Maintenance are on top of their work. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The only thing that could be fixed is the WIFI situation and the thin walls.

Bugs bugs bugs. Window was “recaulked” 3 times to prevent them but to no avail. Pest control guy did a great job at keeping them away as best he could, but he informed me spiders are contact kill so they kept getting in and being on the walls and ceiling. Dryer was also broken upon moving in and made all clothes smell terrible. Rating is 2 stars because of how kind the maintenance and pest control people are. Great group

👎👎👎 STUDENTS BEWARE!! Apartments are not bad at all, but beware of UNFAIR CHARGES at the end of your stay. If you do not renew in time, you will be KICKED OUT BEFORE FINALS in your summer term, and if you do not take enough pictures of your place and furniture during your stay, you will be charged for OLD SOFAS that need to be replaced and that you perhaps never even sat on because you’re busy studying!😱Only lived there for 6 months. GOOD RIDDANCE ORION MANAGEMENT!!! You are UNFAIR AND UNREASONABLE! (Disgusted Parent!)

Great place to live! All the amenities are great! Office staff are always super friendly and helpful. With the recently changed office hours it makes reaching the office easier. Only complaint would be that the office isn’t open one day during the weekend so, if you have to travel a ways after work and work 9-5 it might be difficult to pick up packages on your own. Luckily you can send the code to your roommate and have them pick them up for you.
