I really didn’t want to give this review I wanted to give time for things to be resolved but unfortunately it’s just getting worse. First and foremost most I am dog owner myself, and I always respected the rules and truly appreciated how well the property used to be managed. The leasing agent Chris ran this community almost single handedly, and the difference between then and now is clear. He cared deeply about the grounds, kept everything organized, and even mapped out designated areas where residents could and could not walk as well as residents with their dogs. The property stayed clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Now with, I think we have 3 leasing agents in charge, the quality of management has gone downhill. I don’t understand how one person ran things so well and 3 different in
Oriole Landing is a wonderful place to call home. The property is beautiful and serene. The Property Manager is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. He has hosted many activities which are well attended. These activities allow you to meet others in your community. I can honestly say everyone is respectful. I have enjoyed living here!
Oriole Landing is lovely. Many outdoor areas, friendly people, a welcoming community room and rural setting. Chris is absolutely the best we could ask for. He is friendly, arranges great get togethers and is fun! Chris sets an excellent first impression of life at Oriole Landing. Chris makes Oriole very special.
Serene Farm setting with eco friendly and sustainability goals in mind. An ode to original Farm owners. Many amenities for guest including organic fruits, berries, numerous varieties of seasonal herbs, greens and vegetables in the garden and beds maintained by the staff and some eager resident volunteers. Always very friendly office and maintenance staff. Thank you! It should be the role model for all residential buildings.
Oriole landing is a beautiful place to live. The property manager is wonderful and goes above and beyond to help you. The property is well maintained and clean. We love the garden and the fire pit!!
