They called me back to discuss renting and the lady was on a Zoom meeting at the same time and kept asking me to speak up and repeat myself and getting frustrated with me because she made the genius idea to call me while in another meeting. No idea why she called me back when she clearly wasn't available to take a call but I'm taking my business elsewhere because of that unprofessionalism.

The maintenance man was able to shut the outdoor faucet off. It was fixed in no time.

To Stacey Sweet, With a name sweet, a stinging rebuke. Your name reminds me of that old saying you catch more…. OUCH!!! People will complain about paradise; and throw big words around! Caveat emptor?! I had to look that up, that’s how dumb I am. I would have just said “research what you buy”. I use the train as a signal of getting up and getting to bed and there is something refreshing about a train, just my opinion. The train runs through the backyard of Million dollar homes all across America. Donelon’s I wouldn’t shop there: it reminds me of a corner bodega on the upper west side of riverside drive. The maintenance men were prompt, professional, thorough and resolved my issues within a few hours. The only feed back is that I called and told the operator that I had two issues and they made two separate tickets. So maintenance ended up having to go back-and-forth to my apartment rather than resolving both issues in the same visit. Apparently they resolved one issue when I wasn’t home and then had to come back because they saw the other ticket when they went back to the office.
