The Landlord is rude as hell and plays into any and all drama WITHOUT investigating if there is any truth to it. HER tenant ATTACKED ME, and she banned ME from the property and threatened to evict my boyfriend over LIES her other tenant told her. Pam is childish and unprofessional and because of the tenants she allows, it is very unsafe. There is no corporate support because it is privately owned, so if ANYTHING goes wrong with the slumlord, Pam, you’re honestly SOL. Until this property is under new management, I do NOT recommend renting these overpriced units. For the kind, honest service you can get elsewhere, trust me, GO ELSEWHERE!
