I’ve been put through a lot here that is sadly true and I have proven.. but it’s a nice place to live and not one time can I contact an higher up like it’s a secret society because management doesn’t like me and I feel discriminated against. Maintenance Ron is the best i love him for being very helpful THANKS FOUNTAIN SQUARE APTS

I love being able to say the living experience here has improved so much with the new manager Dawn and Ron the maintenance guy. Both of them are working hard in so many ways. Yes there are some things that need to improve but it's mainly other people that live here. But thankfully Dawn is staying on top of it!! Glad to call this place home!!

I'm not gonna sugar coat anything but be honest, I've been here for three years and I've experienced bad issues and still experiencing bad stuff but since we've got a new manager Dawn she's been very on her job helping to get things done and making sure her residents are getting taken care of but she can only do so much that the owner(s) allow her to do. If the owner(s) would allow them to do WHAT needs to be done to better this place, this place would be fixed up and the residences would be so happy. She's been the best manager we've ever had. Our maintenance Ron he's been the best we've had. He makes sure things are done and done properly and not half do things like other maintenances that we had. Dawn an Ron are very great people, you have a problem they work on it till it's fixed. Dawn has done a lot for us since she has been here. On her days off she sits with us and has coffee with some of us. This is a great place to live and I enjoy living here. It's very quiet and peaceful here.
