Dennis did an incredible job of cleaning up wicked bird droppings outside my door! That couldn't have been fun! It looks so wonderful now!

Tiffany in the office was incredible. I feel she went above and beyond to get my needs met. Very communicative and informative every step of the way. Made the process very easy and worked around my hectic needs.

I really enjoyed living here. Didn't have almost any issues, but whenever I did the response was quick. Maintenance usually showed up same day when I had tiny issues. Really appreciated all the staff! West salem is also just a great place to live!

Our move in experience was great! Management was very responsive and cooperative. They are thorough and actually available when you call with any concerns about the move in process! The online apps are user friendly and easy to understand as well as downloading copy’s for your records.

The fence on appartmnet property got damaged by some drunk driver back on July 3 of 2021. And they still haven't fixed it. It's been almost 6 month now. It tells you how fast they are on any type of repairs when it comea to something.
