This new management is good at what they do. Every problem that I had they fixed it. I’ve been here a little over a 1yr. Also, the community is starting be more calm.

Management is dependable and is always available to the residents when needed. Improvements have been made and are continuing to be made to the property.

Okaye for starters THE RENTN IS Extremely HIGH FOR THEM TO NEVER WANT TO FIX ANYTHING! I moved in January but before I moved in I went in and did a walk thru of everything that was wrong with the unit. Here it is SEPTEMBER and nothing has been fixed. I see spiders everyday in the corners of my walls bathrooms etc etc. before I moved in it look like somebody had kicked in the door I’m guessing the teenagers did it because before I moved in I found drug paraphernalia in the master bedroom. And the door still has not been fixed. Mold growing on the side of my bathroom and in my son’s bedroom ceiling. And hate too mention we don’t have lights upstairs in my kids bedroom because of some electrical issue. And no electric in the hall bathroom. Super sucks right. Don’t get me wrong the maintenanc

Terrible management, they don’t fix anything , filled with roaches & if it’s not broke they won’t fix it
