Orchard Lane Apartments

I have lived in many apartments across NY state and I have to say this newly built apartment is the absolute worst. It was designed poorly, built poorly, and is managed poorly. The sprinkler system burst just after moving in, making me live in a hotel for months. Since moving back in, the fire alarm goes off about two or three times a week, making the whole building evacuate every time. There is virtually no cabinet space. The public spaces are designed to be unusable. There are rooms in apartments without windows. In the couple of months since moving back in, leaks have begun appearing across the building, the siding has started falling off, the plank flooring is begining to buckle, the poorly graded exterior has giant puddles appearing in walkways, and bugs have started inflitrating the

The fire alarm is extremely sensitive and it constantly goes off and is extremely loud! It doesn’t just go off within a single unit, it forces all of the units to evacuate the building.
