Orchard Crossing Apartments

Would have been five stars but the fact that they have zero guest spaces to park in and the street out front is much too busy to park on, leaves you having to park in a neighborhood across a busy street and too far for someone like me that has severe arthritis in her right hip. They need to find a solution to this problem. Perhaps allow people to park in the spaces of apts that are not currently being rented

I stayed at these apartments for 6 years on two separate occasions. I never had any problems with the management team. The rent was a good deal compared to the surrounding area. I have always seen the maintenance out and about doing his duties. Whenever I had a problem, the team was always ready to help and was fast and efficient.

I have been living here for 10 years and I can say that all the negative reviews I read about this place were false and misleading. From the beginning, Grant took the time to go over my concerns and he was very open and honest about the history and everything that he and his management team had done and are still doing to make Orchard Crossing better. I have found a very responsive staff both in the office and among the maintenance team. John and Andre and the other people that work in this place are always professional and respectful and polite to the tenants and to each other. The whole reason I stopped to write this review is that I placed a maintenance request for my kitchen last night and they showed up today in the morning to handle things! This was a nice place to live until they changed management. Management is rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Every day it's a new notice on your door because he decided to come up with a new rule. He always threatens to evict you for the stupidest things. Kids can't play outside. You can't BBQ. There is no visitor parking. Rent has been raised drastically and is expensive. Everyone must park across the busy street. He sits in the office with the blinds close and never answers the phone. This company is going to lose a lot of money with him as management. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.

This complex isn’t as good as it looks. The rent was cheap and then they raised it drastically to $1320 and up. The management changed and the new manager is a black man who isn’t always here. When he is here he acts like he is always too busy to talk to his current tenants. The hours say 9am-4pm but he seems to make his own hours. He doesn’t seem to care about the current things going on in this complex. He makes a hell of a lot of excuses. There’s assigned parking but yet people seem to park anywhere they want. There’s guest parking but there is never any available because some people have five vehicles . Yet this complex is considered low income. If there’s an emergency or you need maintenance done they want you to call their “ hotline”. The water doesn’t get extremely hot like if you
