Orange Terrace Apartments

I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! The property manager, Jonathan is amazing. He’s super friendly, and welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and wants everyone to feel comfortable. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, he’s been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The building is always kept very clean. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that things get fixed right away without any hassle. Overall, it’s just a really friendly and well-cared-for community, and I’m so happy to live here.

My fiancée and I just moved in February. We love how well let the maintenance is as well as the quiet environment. Shout out to Alex how helped us from start to finish. We appreciate the communication and hospitality.

Spacious and very quiet space with the most efficient and attentive management by Jonathan and Alex. They were very informative during our entire move-in process which means a lot to me and my husband as first-time renters. Only caveat would be the parking situation since the parking structure is a waitlist-based system. The street tends to get filled very quickly throughout the day and is a bit difficult navigating a free spot during the night, but it is definitely out of anyone's reach. So many spots nearby makes this location extremely convenient as well.

For almost 6 years Orange Terrace Apartments has been our HOME. Where should I begin of this Awsome, Convenient, Well Taken care of structure we once called home. Awsome- Not only is there Easy Access to Public Transportation but if you get Hungry there is a Variety of Restaurants to pick from. Convenient- The Apartment comes with a Courtyard, a 24/7 Laudry Room and a Well Aware but most of all a Considerate Manager, Jonathan. Jonathan and his Great Maintenance team will ALWAYS be there without hesitation if you have any problems. Well Taken Care of structure- Every once a week the Dumpster as well as Landscaping will make sure that your apartment will be a HOME. I have lived here for 6 years now and I have loved it. Perfect location to downtown and surrounding beaches. Easy free. Great office management by Jonathan. Maintenance is swift and prompt.
