I recently had a great experience. Yolanda & Danny went above and beyond to go find a past Seller to correct a cloud on title. They knew how crucial it was to have this corrected and they went out to go find the past Seller at another State. Thats what I call going above and beyond!

Worse company ever to deal with. After 4 attempts talking to Bernadette and Claudia, we are still unable to locate a missing six months (they claim only two months) worth of escrow funds they collected from our loan, but never made it anywhere. Claudia is absolute worst person to talk to, what a shame to have her communicate with customers. Very insecure, unable to answer simple question or even follow logics. She talks like a robot without understanding customer concerns. We are still trying to find the missing six months of escrow funds. We might have to file a claim with the Department of Insurance. More to come...

Thank you Orange Coast Title Company and especially Yolanda Nava. You went above and beyond your regular duties. All those documents you went out of your way to help us with wouldn’t have gone smoothly without you. Thank you again!!

Takes very long to close. Then when have a closing date. It comes and goes without being notified. Called at end of closing day. To find out they moved it to following Monday. Find out toward end of that day. Worker handling it. Is not there that day. Have to always be calling.

It was fast even though I didn't have an appointment, to change the tires an oil change.
