The Finest Run Property Management Owner & Staff I have ever resided in My Life.
A friend of mine lives here; The property was built and laid out nicely; what isn't nice is that no restrictions were adopted and enforced. Old vehicles, covered vehicles, trash can always out front, all the "junk" that people put on their front porches, etc just trashed this place!! It could be a nice place to live if no one was allowed to just put anything up - it just looks cheap & trashy!! Why would any company build something so nice, and then just let it look like this??? Does anyone care??
Jenny is a great manager. We h ave not had any problems. Have met some wonderful people. Offers walking, pond, grass areas, clubhouse library, bunco groups. Perfect for senoirs.
When calling to inquire about the 55 & older apartments, she said there was ONE YEAR waiting list! It would be very helpful to put SOME TYPE of info on your website! If there’s a dang YEAR long wait list, PLEASE PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!
It's clean, neighbors are all very nice. Quiet, just right for me to live.
