Bennington Place Apartments

If you plan to consider this property know they charge a non- refundable $236 “move in fee” on top of a massive security deposit. They also charge $5 a month for pest control. You are also responsible for lightbulbs and batteries in smoke detectors. Also a third party company they use to approve applicants charges another several hundred dollar fee.

Very great process to move in! Staff is amazing very sweet and great communication! Apartment is clean and well taken care of and so cute when we moved in! Thanks for a great easy process to our move! Alicia is amazing and Tiffany and this move was so simple and easy! They made it so less stressful and they responded to any questions we had very quickly! Thanks guys you rock!

I had an amazing experience here!! Rachel did such an amazing job with the renting process and I would definitely do it again! She was so welcoming and made sure I knew every detail about everything! Best first home!! My experience with Bennington Apartments has been outstanding! They have great communication, stayed on top of maintenance, and has always been transparent on past issues. Tiffany and Alicia are very sweet and personable, I will definitely miss living here so much!! 10/10 I will always recommend Bennington Place Apartments and their management team to everyone!!
