Formal Complaint Against Optimar International Realty My experience with Optimar International Realty has been marked by profound unprofessionalism, negligence, and repeated failure to meet both legal and contractual obligations. Having rented in Miami since 2019, I have never encountered a property management company that demonstrates such a disregard for tenant rights and basic operational competence. During my tenancy beginning in August 2024, I reported a broken washer and dryer on January 13, 2025, after multiple attempts to contact their office via email and voicemail. Despite Florida Statute §83.56(1) requiring landlords to address repairs within seven days, no response was provided. My experience with them was awful: contracts were mishandled, wires were confused, and the apartment was delivered in dirty condition with a broken refrigerator and damaged window treatments. When I moved out, I returned the apartment spotless — which Christian confirmed — yet they still deducted $200 from my security deposit without providing an invoice or explanation. This company is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Do not do business with Optimar International Realty.

Realtor Ginna Rojas is a very terrible person. The property 1273 Wandering Willow Way, Loxahatchee, FL 33470...was in very bad condition when I did a walk through. Ginna Rojas constantly asks for money upfront with out the contract being signed. She has a very bad attitude, she is impatient, never answers her phone. Please replace her. She does not treat US veterans well.

Optimar has been one of the best real estate offices I've worked with in south florida. The transaction went smoothly and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

OPTIMAR is an excellent Brokerage Company. People are very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable They also have a great mortgage broker in-house and very efficient Tittle Company to help clients with the whole process of buying or selling your property. These companies are in the same office, but they are independent. The location is also great. They treat everyone the same way, it doesn’t matter if you are buying, selling or renting a property. The Broker and the management are always available if you have any questions. I totally recommend OPTIMAR to my friends and family. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure.
