I recently toured this beautiful new property, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Jorge was amazing — he took his time, treated me with respect and kindness, and was very down to earth and honest. He truly went above and beyond. The Optima will definitely be my new home. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire staff was welcoming — not snobby at all (which I honestly expected, lol). The property itself is top tier and truly exudes opulence. The quality of the amenities, the appliances, and every detail is exceptional. Everything is new, upscale, and thoughtfully designed. If you appreciate high quality and luxury living, this is absolutely the place for you!

Have to give a huge shoutout to Jorge for our guided tour today while we shopped local communities in the Kierland area. 10/10 tour, & what a gorgeous community with awesome amenities. Optima is amazing and the movers they recommended were amazing also. Pablo is very professional and they took excellent care of my stuff. Everything was wrapped and padded and secured. Nothing damaged or broken. They went above and beyond. I highly recommmend "Arizona Moving Specialists" and Pablo. I absolutely hate moving, they made it not so bad. And if I ever need to move again in the future, I will use Pablo and his team. They are also very affordable, considering the attention to detail, their service, the amount of work done and the manner in which they treated me and my things. The building itself is visually beautiful, the architecture and aesthetics are impressive. However, there are ongoing management and oversight issues that significantly impact the resident experience. Two staff members, including the manager, were terminated at the same time, and another team member was reassigned shortly after. Many residents had regular interaction with these individuals and genuinely liked them. Their sudden departure, without any communication or acknowledgment from management, felt abrupt and uncomfortable. In a residential building, familiarity and consistency matter. When roughly half of the visible office staff changes overnight and nothing is said about it, it creates an unnecessary sense of instability. There are also recurring issues in common areas that su
