Onyx on First Apartments

I had a wonderful apartment tour with Dani at Onyx on First Apartments! Although I arrived an hour early for my tour, I only had to wait a few minutes in the lobby before being accommodated. From the very start of the tour, Dani was incredibly warm, kind, professional, and attentive. She did a wonderful job of explaining the building amenities, apartment features, and answering questions. While on the tour, she greeted everyone from tenants to delivery personnel to the construction workers renovating the building. In the middle of the tour, one resident even stopped to exclaim how great Dani is and how positive her living experience has been at Onyx. I can’t personally attest to the living experience at Onyx, but I can say that Dani is an absolute professional, and Onyx is lucky to have

I enjoyed my tour of the Onyx, Nuri, in particular was a great guide. He asked thoughtful questions to help determine the best options for my price range, and gave a friendly, thorough tour. I ended up selecting a different building in the end, but that fell primarily to my preferences in location and layout, and isn't at all a reflection of the warm welcome I received when I visited.
