This company is the best company I’ve rented from! I’ve never had a problem contacting them with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Each staff member including maintenance is super friendly and Tiffany the owner is really understanding!!! Paying rent is easy and efficient, maintenance responds right away and they keep up with lawn care, I’d stay with them forever if I wasn’t moving!!! Thank you guys so so much for your hard work and dedication to all your tenants!

Tiffany is a wonderful landlord, Maintenance was always done ASAP. Always very professional and responsive. She helped us find the perfect property and was flexible with us when another property of hers became available and allowed us to shift into that property on our lease. 10/10. I always highly recommend this company

If I could give 0 starts I would. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are slumlords they only care about collecting rent. 15 safety and health code violations on my unit alone. No direct line only through text so they can call you IF THEY WANT TO. Should have never even moved in this place due to health regulations but they’re trying to evict for back rent. Do not sign a lease with these people !!!

Worst landlords in rochester.. You can't ever talk to a person always done through text. They don't fix nothing. Going on 10 months and still waiting for things to get fixed. They love sending eviction notices even when you have paid rent.

We purchased our first home through Tiffany and had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and informative thoughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend purchasing a home through her!
