We lived here for three years and had a great experience. The prices are high (and unfortunately rising) but it is a great location with nice amenities that is also very pet friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool and fitness center. There would regularly events be events for residents. The apartments were nice especially the large windows and patio areas. Our apartment had a surprising amount of storage space. It could get loud at times and I would be hesitant to live in an apartment facing the pool especially during the summer due to noise. The management team including Allie, Jessica, Melanie, and Morgan were great and very responsive to any issues we had with the apartment. Have been living here for almost two years and half. Initially was great with the old staff. But starting off this year after they switch to the newer staffs, things were slow and if your have emergency over the weekend, you are on your own. Save your money for other apartment since the service here does not match the high rent

I have been living here for two years, and initially, everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, and any issues were resolved quickly. However, things have changed. Management has become slow to respond, and there seem to be new policies that feel more focused on charging residents extra fees. The control over the parking garage is poor, which is disappointing considering how expensive this apartment and the garage fee are. One of the best apartments I've ever rented from and a fun/safe living community overall. I've lived here for nearly 3 years and am leaving only to re-locate to a different city. One41 Wellington has felt like home for me - a number of residents are friends I've made over the years, the building is clean/quiet/comfortable, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Jessica Docter, the property manager, has been fantastic. She initially provided me with the apartment tour when I first came to Cincinnati and has taken care of me since. One thing I really appreciate is that Jessica has promptly responded to all my question, concerns, and requests. I've had two maintenance requests in the past 3 years (a dislodged shelf and accidental paint removal) and both requests were promptly addres
