What a amazing building. This is luxury!the views from the building are beautiful. When you walk in and see the grand entry, tall ceilings and greeted by friendly and professional staff right away you'll know this building is luxury at its finest. Followed by the management staff that have the knowledge and professionalism to run such a building. If you're in the market for one of Palm beaches nicest condos, look no further! This building has it all. Pools, cabanas, stunning beach and views, state if the art gym and full time valet service. Not to mention, they're next door neighbors to the Boca Beach club. Order a food and cocktails while enjoying the pool. This is a beautiful building.

Beautiful property; professional and friendly staff.

1000 Ocean is a condo bldg and hotel. It is a very nice, 10-12 year old, condo especially the location of it is quiet spectacular. Unit prices range from $4M all the way up to $15M. Some units are renovated by owners. However, originally the builder did not use top of the line finishes. One would think such an expensive bldg will have much higher end bathrooms, kitchens and etc. Again, it is the 1st and only rule of real estate, location, location and location.

Very nice place, great views of the ocean and pool area. Very nice set up! I don't personally don't live here but a client of mine does, I love the set-up! Everyone is very nice and helpful also!

This building is an icon of medernist architecture in Boca Raton. Garcia Stromberg did an incredible job with architecture and designed a building that has high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass walls. The best location, views and amenities in Boca Raton. Also, the staff is incredible - always so helpful !
