I chose One Source after looking at many websites of property management companies. Their write-up was personal and clearly written and I had a good feeling right away. I met Mia Fairly, Property Manager, to tell her what I needed. She came to my home and explained what she could provide. We immediately started a business relationship that I'm so grateful for. Mia and Otis, who also works for One Source, do an awesome job. They have the utmost integrity and professionalism and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend One Source.

I have worked with One Source for the past few months. It is impossible to make everyone happy, especially ones with challenging credit and rental history. I noticed, these are the ones with higher expectations and are easily disappointed, but as long as you are honest, they are willing to work with you. .They have been delightful to work with and easy to talk to. If there are any issues you can make an appointment and come and speak directly to them.

This has been a nightmare in the worse way since day one. I showed up excited on moving day only to find out repairs/painting within the home were not complete even though I was told the home was vacant for nearly a month prior to my move-in. I then advised the rep I was not satisfied with the condition of the property and would like a refund. I was told that if I do not accept the property I would lose my $1,300.00 deposit. Keep in mind, my prior home was rented and the moving truck was already packed. In addition, I was promised that the painting & repairs would be completed after I move in. I've been in the property nearly 12 weeks and the home still has paint blotches and sheetrock mud everywhere(see pics).
