One Park

I have been living at One Park for the past few months and have greatly enjoyed it thus far! The building itself is modern, inviting, and clean, and the amenities-- pool, gym, and rooftop terrace-- are all amazing and well-kept. I love the high ceilings in the apartment, and the finishes are modern and of high quality. The leasing consultant we worked with, Channelle, is great as she made the process simple, straightforward, and was always responsive. One Park is a great place to live. I definitely recommend it!

Did a tour the other day of their new construction side with the two young ladies in the office, Ania and Keyanna. Really neat experience to see the apartment in the process before I move in. I'll be moving from N.Carolina for work in around 3 weeks. They did mentioned some amenities like their gym, and rooftop lounge are still underway so their amenity fee is waived, but they're offering a rent credit for gym memberships in the meantime. Pricing is a little higher than what I've seen in the Hartford area, but I'd say the value and area is better than downtown. Plus the units and appliances themselves are brand new so I can't really complain.

Excellent building in many respects overpriced, however, in terms of amenity fees and Internet. Really needs a basketball hoop as they advertised they’d have when it was being built, and a filtered water station in lobby. They send out surveys periodically asking for a recommendations and I’ve made those several times but they’ve been ignored. The biggest complaint is that they built the new portion of the building on wetlands as you can see from the Willows and man-made lagoon behind the property, and the fact that the lowest level is prone to flooding. Also, the pipes seem to be very old (100+ yrs perhaps), which does not result in good water no matter what management claims about filtration systems—seeing and tasting is believing. Get ready for something of aw: horrible place to live after being in this hell hole for almost a year, I honestly can’t say anything positive about the place. Other tenants are extremely noisy, slamming doors, loud music, domestic arguments, especially from 11PM - 3AM and management does nothing about it. The first Property Manager was probably fired and the new management is no better. Police have to deal with the problems management ignores. There’re issues with the cooling and heating systems (my unit did not have a working AC for several months) especially as the rooms are as large as the monthly electric bills, water leaks from the facets and shower are common (charges for water are tacked on monthly bills and vary randomly), gunshots are heard outside some nights, packages go missing

I’ve been at One Park for a year & 4 months. Everything went smooth during my move in. I’ve never had any delays with responses to any questions or concerns. Any small issues were addressed immediately. Ashley has is very attentive and very community oriented. The new women in the office are friendly and very communicative as well. Everyone who works on the property always says good morning & ask if everything is good with my space. Angel, Xavier & Chris are very hard worked and always ensure the building is well kept. I renewed my lease for all these reasons :) - Natasha Garcia
