One North Center

My quality of life has definitely gone up since I moved to One North Center since I moved here in Jan 2025. The residents are very diverse and a joy to be around at our numerous community events. Michelle, Clifton, and previously Michael keep everything running like a well-oiled machine They respond quickly to any issues, inform us of solutions and post announcements in a timely manner I’m glad I found 1 N Center St - it is definitely an asset to downtown Hickory

Living at One North Center has been such a great experience! The location is perfect for enjoying the downtown scene, and we’ve loved meeting such friendly residents — it really feels like a community. The staff keeps everything running smoothly, and the gym is just what we need for a quick workout. One of our favorite parts has been the events and get-togethers. We’ve had some great group “date nights” by the fire pit — such a fun way to relax and connect with neighbors. Plus, mail actually shows up right (huge win!). Safe, welcoming, and full of energy — we’re glad to call this home!

I don't toot horns often, but Cliff & Michelle do outstanding work. They make One North Center a special place. They are thorough, precise, and efficient. I am impressed.

I've been living at One North for over 4 years now and MyNiche has been wonderful. They are courteous, resident centered, prompt in responsiveness and open to improvement ideas. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Michael, Clifton, and Michelle are a wonderful team that takes care of their residents.

Amazing location. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and shops downtown hickory!
