One Newport

Location is good but this apartment complex doesn't have any visitors parking and street parking is very limited compared to other similar apartments nearby like The Abby or the one next to this one. They both have guest parkings. If you occasionally have friend/family visiting, then most likely it will be difficult to find parking.

Update: Tried to email the address given on the review response, and outlook states the email address doesn’t exist. Reached out to the email on the management website and got nothing again - Reinforcing my statement that the management company doesn’t care. Original review: While I absolutely love my apartment, management leaves lots to be desired. Since the new property manager came into the building things have declined and commination has become more and more spotty, with a side of rudeness whenever I do get a response. Recently I tried to file a complain through the MetProp website, reached out to the current property manager's supervisor, sent emails, left voicemails, and I can't anyone to get in contact with me. We planned to move in August 2020, and even though there were last minute delays that pushed our move in date down (which was out of their control), the team at the leasing office were accommodating and so helpful through all of it! Now that we've lived here for about 4 months, we absolutely love the space! Being so close to the T and downtown Quincy for a reasonable price is what we love the most. On top of that, the maintenance and leasing office employees are timely, professional, and friendly. We have recommended that our friends who are looking for apartments check out the space, as this has been the best experience we've had with a Corcoran property.

After having lived here for 2 years, while the apartment itself was beautiful, upper management wasn’t ideal. Having multiple new companies come in and out it brought on constant changes and took away a lot of the amenities we really enjoyed and were big factors in choosing this spot to live in the first place. We rented a storage unit as well and had the locks changed without any notice 2 times. When we called management they said someone could unlock it for a “lock out fee” even though it wasn’t our fault for being locked out, it was managements. While Deanna was fantastic at the end of our stay here (and this review doesn’t reflect our experience with her) we weren’t thrilled with how we were being treated by upper management. I have wanted to move in since I caught a glimpse of this Place in July. It is a Unique building complex in a great location.The interior design and building layout is excellent. A lot of restaurants and access to all major highways minutes away. The "T" is a two minute walk away. Devyn told me from the beginning that this is new construction and might have delays.There have been a couple of extensions due to construction delays.But we are now on track for Sept. 15th. They have been truthful to me the whole time and now I am looking forward to moving in. Once you see the building and location you will want to be there too.
