Not only does the property have great amenities that are well maintained, but the service is bar none. There are many luxury buildings with great amenities, and One Hill South is one of them, but not every management company stands out like Related. I have not considered moving for that reason (I've been here about four years). The concierge team is thoughtful, fun and knowledgeable with low turnover. They learn their residents and are always happy to have a conversation. The maintenance team has experts and are far quicker with visits and solutions than any building I've ever lived in.
