One Fine BnB

We used One Fine BnB for our property and aside from the initial sales phone call, everything was a total headache. They advertise managing properties all over the country but unless it is a major city like Austin or Los Angeles, everything is done remotely. They hired a cleaning lady to manage our property - someone who barely cleaned the property, had zero experience in rentals or short term stays and left the property unlocked. We knew something was wrong before they had even listed the property and had to drive 12 hours to check on the property ourselves, just to find out the front door was left unlocked. We had asked to speak with the owner but was ignored and was only contacted by a manager after we left an honest review on Better Business Bureau - offering us $250 to remove the BBB

If I could give it 0 starts I would. Incorrect description of property with bed type and number of beds. We stayed in the university area in Austin, TX. Mold, lights and fixtures not working. Dents, stains, dirty towels. I booked through Marriott homes and villas and was expecting that level of accomodation. It fell extremely short of expectations and nothing was resolved with the lack of beds leaving 2 of us sleeping on the floor. Hope this is a one off from this property company with the conditions and lack of maintenance on what was promised. Very disappointed. A discount was provided due to inaccurate description and property standards as some compensation but I guess something is better then nothing
