One East Harlem Apartments

I keep smelling WEEED!!!!! I never smelled weed in the 3-4 years I’ve been living here someone on the 20th floor NEAR MY apartment is smoking or idk what floor! But it’s no reason why I’m suddenly smelling weed thru my windows!! It stinks!! And I’m getting really really annoyed!!! I do not want to smell that!!!!!! Please do something MORE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS!!

This is what you get when you move to One East Harlem. The only thing they forgot to do was put the property's name between the words, THE & PROJECTS 1ST photos Oct 22nd 2Nd photos Today Nov 4th This has been an ongoing issue for months. They blame it on the city then they say it's an internal building issue. WHO IS TO BLAME??? WHY IS IT NOT BEING FIXED??? WOULD YOU LIKE TO BATHE, COOK, BRUSH YOUR TEETH OR WASH YOUR CLOTHES IN THIS??? This place is slowly going down the drain figuratively and literally!

Ive had it with this building in the beginning it was great. Management is letting this building fall apart. Ive never seen a luxury building that you press a code out side of the building and they let any and everyone walk in as they please. random people are always using the amenities. Tenants stealing packages constantly. Children running the building unattended, people constantly smoking in a non-smoking building, children vaping and rolling up in the lounge. Garbage all over the building in the stairwell in the hallway in the elevators. Although tenants should play a role in keeping the building clean this building also does not have enough staff to maintain the building. There's always people lineup outside of the gym to get in or banging on the gym door to get in because the don't l

My days would never be the same without our concierge, Rennie. I am one of thousands of tenants who feel this way. Rennie is an exceptional person-- so welcoming, funny, and great with people. When looking to move and visiting One East Harlem, Rennie made a big impact. He is genuine, so pleasant and his humor is well appreciated yet never forced. Rennie is on top of everything-- well organized, managing our building’s needs, and ably navigating multiple issues while maintaining calm and well being. OEH would not at all be the same without him. There are certain people in our lives who make the day-to-day better, and Rennie is one of those people.

Leslie the Asst Property Manager is fantastic!!! Please Promote her to Property Manager for Richman Property’s! She knows what she’s doing and would be fit for the title Property Manager. I haven’t had any issue while I was living in One East Harlem Apartments from May 2023 till May 2025 current.
