One Dutchess

It's such a great place to live! Everyone is so friendly and is so respectful. Where do you start? The amazing view, of course! We certainly love the pool and movie theater and spending time in the sauna during the winter. The staff is really great, especially with theme activities from crafts to movie nights and food events!

My wife and I lived at One Dutchess for 2 years and created amazing experiences. We enjoyed the resort-style amenities that were offered. The outdoor grills, pool, and roof top areas were incredible and nothing we've seen comparable at other apartments. The interior of the apartments are well designed and enhanced with stunning features. Lastly, the view at One Dutchess was astonishing. This is an awesome residential community with an excellent view of the Hudson River and the walkway bridge. Spread over a large area, the residential buildings named alphabetically offer different sizes to choose from. Very practically designed interiors and amenities with inbuilt security features make this community a very safe and comfortable place.

One Dutchess is truly the best in town. I lived there for 3 years with my family, the property managers and maintenance staff are phenomenal. Alicia, Jeremy , Marianna all are amazing. Even after a long day at work just coming back home feels refreshing with beautiful views and well kept apartment complex. If i were to ever come back to Poughkeepsie would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoy living here. The apartment is brand new, beautiful, and spacious. I’ve put in a few maintenance tickets for minor issues and they always come right away. Alicia in the leasing office is an actual angel and seems to genuinely care about the tenants, which is a rarity and the opposite of my experience with the administrative staff when I lived at Eastdale Village. Although I haven’t met the manager Jessica in person, she’s been very understanding and accommodating with changes that I needed with regards to my lease, etc. The grounds are very clean, well lit, safe. Amenities are very nice; there’s even a kiddie pool on weekends in the summer which my kids adore. As winter approaches, I’m very excited for the sauna. As far as noise is concerned, I hear my upstairs neighbors from
