One Clover

I live in the Connect 55 in Kansas City. The residents have just been informed that all our decorations need to taken down from the Library and Community Room. This is most upsetting as it brings all the walls everywhere back to a plain old white. It now looks like an insane asylum. The property management and owners are not here to see how horrible it is. It’s a shame that we haven’t been promised anything to take its place. I just signed my new lease with a $50 increase. If I was looking to rent I wouldn’t rent here. And hopefully no one is going to ask me how I like it here because I don’t think I could say anything positive other than Ke( our activities person) and Dave( our maintenance person.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone from the corporate office. No one will call you back or even bother to return an email. I need to speak with someone regarding a security deposit and they completely disregard you messages.

Non-responsive, unorganized, dishonest company. They are holding a security deposit of mine that they promised to refund. No one will return my call or email. I’ve called/emailed the property, called/emailed the corporate office - no response. And the reason we need our deposit returned is because they TWICE gave away an apartment we put a deposit down on to save. I will be escalating this. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I live at Sweet Home Senior Apartments in Amherst NY. Advertised as a smoke free building. It is NOT smoke free. My health as been compromised. Threatened with legal action if I break my lease by district manager. I'm a disabled veteran and this is how I'm treated.

Lived in Clover propertyin Camillus NY for 2.5 years. Rent increased 700$! No new amenities or justification for increase. Building consistently went down in repair and maintenance from the day I moved in. Siding had holes never repaired...doors rotted...rusted. 2 top hall floors had to be replaced since they collapsed! This is on a 7 year old construction! Nonresidents sleeping in community room. Security lacking...no security or cameras provided. And this is a Senior community! Sad! Obviously, no one feels safe there. It's cheaper than Assisted living...thats the only reason families put their elderly family members there! If it were not for the staff at Camillus that truly cared for the residents people could not live there with any sort of quality of life. The staffs Manager obviously
