One 75 North Apartments

I have lived here for a few years now I love my apartment! The tenants don’t really bother anyone unless they’re saying hi to my son, the grounds aren’t full of trash and theres always parking. It’s not loud at night, people generally keep to themselves and there’s not a lot of barking dogs like I’ve experienced at majority of my other complexes. Shawna is amazing and gets back to me promptly with any issue that happens and she works hard to keep this place safe and clean for everyone. The maintenance man is so friendly and I always see him out working on things around the property. We utilize the dog run and the playground multiple times a week which makes it great for not always having to leave to get exercise for my dog and child. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at One 75 North. My issues began on 05/17 when I reported a strong smell of mold in my apartment that I had believed was coming from my washing machine. Despite promptly informing management and following their advice to use washing machine cleaner and baking soda/vinegar, the mold smell persisted. I sent multiple emails without receiving any response. It wasn't until I discovered mold in my closet that any action was taken. The remediation process has been invasive and disruptive. I’m without a washer and dryer for a week, my AC is not functioning properly due to the containment setup, and one of my bathrooms is unusable. Despite these significant inconveniences, management has refused to offer any compensation or a transfer me to a new unit

Applied for these apartments with a verbal agreement from the property manager that if we did not like them upon seeing them we would get our $200 holding fee back regardless of the 72 hour statement on the application. She canceled our first meeting on Wednesday, then my boyfriend had to work late so we canceled on Thursday, she did not mention that this would void our deal and offered Monday as a new date. Upon arriving the apartment is not anywhere close to what is advertised, they are dirty and you can smell the mold and cigarette smoke. I pointed out that remodeled apartments are advertised and she said she did not have any. The managers excuse for the smell was that the apartment had not been cleaned yet and the building was old. I come daily to take care of my client who lives there. The parking lot & sidewalks are NEVER maintained. I slipped & fell over the weekend. I hope this problem can be fixed before someone really gets hurt.

Cami Walder is by far the best manager this property has had since I have been here, I have been here through three managers and Cami has turned this property into a thriving community. Sean Hubbard who is the maintenance manager does an excellent job, he is very professional and carries out his work orders in a timely manner. I definitely recommend making One 75 North your new home !
