If you want them to report you to collects with absolutely no warning, bill, phone call, email, completely out of the blue- LIVE HERE! 😂 I moved out A YEAR AGO. And found out about the balance YESTERDAY. No one reached out to me and i guess it’s legal for companies to assume you'll telekinetically know theres a balance . When i found out OVER CREDIT KARMA i reached out trying to get it handled but the debt collector told me its the entire payment or nothing. So i love how scammy and gross this apartment is. No wonder the reviews are how they are. And because i wanted to move on from their lack of any decency while i lived there- and they wouldn't let me- here are the details you should know! Brooke was just absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to insure our move in process was quick and stress-free. We couldn't of asked for a smoother process. Just Moving alone was enough headache in itself. Brooke was very kind and so very professional. I would give 10 stars if I could! We are so happy and we thank her so very much!!

The apartment was incredibly moldy. The front office refused to help and stated it was just dust and a little mildew. Eventually was able to get them to come inspect and they just painted over. It creeped into my wooden kitchen appliances, all paintings on the walls, and even was in the light sockets. I moved out a month ago and already feel less congested and sick. The front office is rude and aggressive. They will argue over every maintenance concern. There were bugs coming un from outside. The pool is never open and half the machines in the gym are broken. The windows leak and the floors get covered in water every time it rains. I moved in because it was cheaper than Gainesville but they raise the prices so much every year that there was no benefit to living there anymore.

Rats!!! This apartment is infested with rats. The front office was rude and showed no care in helping. They said an exterminator comes every Tuesday and when I told them to come to the apartment she said they only saw roaches…I can’t with these people. Cannot wait to move out.

I loved living here. 11 mos. Leasing office was helpful and I really like the maintenence crew. They even have Mr. Anthony walking the grounds so I felt safe.
