I’ve had a great experience living at Alachua Villas Apartments. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which made it an easy place to feel at home. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of room and natural light. Management and maintenance truly stand out here. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, the staff was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the property in great shape. The location is another big plus convenient to shopping, food, and main roads, while still being peaceful and away from heavy traffic. Since it went under new managment things has gotten much better. She doesn't show favortism the rules goes for every one. I sit down with my mom and read the knews letter that she give out each month my mom love the way she Interact with her. Alya thanks for all you had done and do to make the complex better.
