Rented a townhome in Beaverton area through Rachael who is the fore front of Omni Management. We are so glad to say that entire lease term was such a pleasant experience. Every single maintenance request was answered, be rest assured when your request reaches Rachael it is bound to get resolved swiftly that includes getting locked out of place at 1 AM(Sigh… not our proudest moment). She takes her company and work quite seriously which is something so hard to come by these days. Although lease term was short because owner wanted to sell the place but we will definitely be working with Rachael in future when it comes to buying our home 😊.

Rachel has actually been helpful through the moving out process but beware of Abigail and any communication you may need to have with her. Always “unavailable” anytime you call in or her assistant says she is as they’d rather not have any phone communication nor ever call back. Don’t ever think of asking her for help as well as she will tell you she has “absolutely nothing to do with it” like renters insurance still being charged to your account after moving out for a policy that was automatically setup by them as it is required to have said insurance. You’ll have to jump through all the hoops of calling the insurance company on your own and figuring out how to cancel a policy that you never setup on your own in the first place.

We recently rented a house that was managed by Omni and we were very happy with the management. We did have several problems at the property - but they were normal wear and tear issues, and whenever we called Omni to take care of something - they did. They took care of things quickly and were always friendly and responsive. Even when we notified them that we were leaving, they were very thoughtful and helpful through the process. Rachael and Andrea were amazing, and I would highly recommend Omni to anyone looking to rent a property

We rented from Omni Property Management for almost two years. We have had interactions with Andrea, McKenna, Dolan, Amber, Rachael, and the owner. We loved living in our rental and appreciated our tenancy. The owner and the management team were like family to us. We were given notice for entry, inspections are every 6 months. There can be pop-up inspections of your yard if they are in the area, rent can be raised every 6 months, but we only saw a $40.00 increase right before we decided to own our own home. They did a great job in this pandemic era. The owner and the team were a pleasure to work with.

Omni Management has been nothing but respectful and responsive to any and all of are maintains requests, property inquiries and great communication. I appreciate all the of the staff members in the office who always greet me with a smile and a good conversation when I go in to pay my bills and appreciate the quality and quick service of this property management.
