Olympus Woodbridge

While I’m no longer a resident of Olympus Woodbridge due to a change in personal circumstances, I can’t recommend this community highly enough. I lived here for three years and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The front office staff is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, and I never once had an issue working with them. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always resolving requests quickly. The community itself is quiet, well-kept, and truly feels like home. They also host fun weekly events and special celebrations for major holidays, which really adds to the sense of community. This is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. If you’re searching for your next home, look no further than Olympus Woodbridge!

Sarah was so friendly, helpful & patient while touring the apartment, answering any questions I had & taking care of my requests. She made the process easy from the very beginning to move in day, & is still actively making sure I’m happy with my new apartment. Nigie was also helpful in answering questions & assisting me when I came into the office. I’m happy I chose Olympus Woodbridge to be my new home!

My wife and I have lived at the complex for a few years now and have had a truly great experience the entire time we’ve been here. The leasing office is kind, quick to respond, and always helpful. The maintenance team is full of great guys that are always willing to help, quick, and efficient with what they do. We almost never have to wait more than 24 hours from submitting a maintenance request for it to be completed (and we don’t have to submit them often at all). We’d highly recommend living here.

12/20 ..Update: Another fantastic event hosted by the office on Friday night, 12/19! From gingerbread house making and reindeer games to delicious Chick-fil-A, every detail was perfect. Huge shout-out to Mandy, Nigie, and Sarah for being such wonderful hosts and making the night so much fun. This community truly goes above and beyond—the events just keep getting better and better. As a single woman, even though many activities are family-centered, I always feel welcomed, included, and genuinely cared about. It’s an amazing place to live, full of warmth and community. I can’t recommend it highly enough! 12/18...Miguel was very quick to install my washer and dryer that I decided to lease from the property. He was diligent with the appliance company and I am excited to have them in my home.

As of writing this, me and my girlfriend are a current resident. We signed a 15 month lease and thankfully our lease is almost up. The reason I am writing this review is to hopefully caution other young couples from wasting their money on living here. For starters for what the apartment complex offers the rent does not match what you get. We have a simple 1 bed 1 bath and we are paying almost $300 more than most other places. And the amenities don’t make up for it. It has a small often overcrowded pool in the summer time and 3 grills that are mostly always dirty and/or broken. And the dog park is small and very dirty. The appliances inside the apartment are very cheap and are constantly breaking down and maintenance is slow to fix the problems. We had our garbage disposal break, water he
